Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

·         Compile and maintain accurate databases

·         Prepare monthly and yearly update of asset management report and plans

·         Develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system

·         Develop and maintain the strategic and annual asset management plans align with strategy and budget department

·         Develop and maintain asset registers, including; acquisitions, maintenance management, transfers and valuations

·         Prepare monthly reconciliation with supporting schedules of the asset registers to the relevant accounting records, and resolve uncleared items

Persyaratan:

·         Minimum Bachelor's Degree

·         Has Asset Admin working experience (preferably 1-3 years)

·         Able to work under pressure & has good attention to detail

·         Able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device

·         Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets savvy is a must

·         Willing to be placed in the Jabodetabek area
