Facility Management Supervisor - Warehouse
Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.
- Responsible in building handover with building contractor and own all necessary documentation.
- Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. cooling system, alarms, and security cameras).
- Ensure all assets are recorded and barcoded in the asset register and the allocation of assets in accordance with the relevant policy and procedures.
- Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
- Coordinate asset condition inspections and assessments, asset valuations and assist in developing asset renewal and maintenance programs.
- Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
- Ensure that supplier deliveries are in line with contract deliveries requirements, (e.g. price, quality – minimum returns on deliveries).
- Fix minor malfunctions in warehouse and office equipment.
- Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
- Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, insurance agents, security guards).
- Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (K3).
- 3-4 years of experience in Facility Management, Facility Maintenance, and/or Asset Management position.
- Having knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups at both a general and technical level.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
- Demonstrate integrity in the workplace through honesty and transparency of information.
- Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task.
- Have project planning & management ability to multitask effectively.
- Have experience in crisis management, one of which is dealing with pandemic situations.
- Ready to be placed in Bogor and mild travelling.
- Experience in working with many stakeholders.
- Self-starter, self-driven, independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Have continuous improvement mind-set with good initiative.
- Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude.
